WatchFlow is a marketing and branding agency that works exclusively with microbrand watch companies to help them grow their brand, audience, and online presence through modern marketing systems, content strategy, and organic social media growth.

WatchFlow provides marketing, branding, content strategy, social media growth, and audience development services for microbrand watch companies. Services may include but are not limited to: brand audits, brand identity development, content strategy and direction, social media growth strategy, market positioning guidance, free brand map creation, and personalized marketing roadmaps.
WatchFlow does NOT: purchase products on behalf of clients, handle shipping or logistics, conduct accounting or bookkeeping, guarantee specific follower counts, revenue, or business outcomes. Clients remain fully responsible for all business decisions, product operations, customer communication, taxes, and financial activity.
By using WatchFlow services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian to enter this agreement.
WatchFlow offers a free personalized brand map to qualifying microbrand watch founders. This is provided at no cost and with no obligation to purchase any services. The brand map is created personally by the WatchFlow team and delivered via email. Submitting a brand map request does not create a contractual relationship or commitment from either party.
Pricing for ongoing or project-based services will be outlined in a separate service agreement prior to any work commencing. Payments are processed securely. Failure to submit payment may result in suspension or termination of active services.
WatchFlow does not guarantee specific business outcomes including but not limited to: follower growth, revenue, sales conversions, or brand awareness metrics. Marketing results vary based on product quality, market conditions, consistency of execution, audience engagement, and other factors outside WatchFlow's control.
Any templates, frameworks, strategies, or proprietary methodologies shared by WatchFlow remain the intellectual property of WatchFlow unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients may not resell, reproduce, or publicly distribute WatchFlow materials without written permission.
WatchFlow shall not be held liable for business losses, marketing underperformance, third-party platform changes, or client misuse of guidance. All marketing activity involves inherent uncertainty.
All information provided by WatchFlow is for marketing and educational purposes only and should not be considered financial, legal, or investment advice.
WatchFlow reserves the right to refuse or terminate service at any time for abuse, fraud, non-payment, or violation of these Terms. Clients may discontinue services at the conclusion of their active agreement period.
Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith informal resolution first. If unresolved, disputes will be handled through binding arbitration in the State of New York. Each party waives participation in class-action claims.
WatchFlow reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

WatchFlow may use trusted third-party services including Google Workspace, Google Analytics, and form processing tools. These services may process certain data as needed to provide functionality. WatchFlow does not control the privacy practices of third-party platforms.
WatchFlow takes reasonable steps to protect your information from unauthorized access or disclosure. No online system can be guaranteed 100% secure.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us directly.
